When it comes to your precious jewelry, it's essential to ensure that it remains in pristine condition. Over time, wear and tear can take a toll on even the most durable pieces, both stones and metal. This is completely normal and I think it only adds character to the piece. I try to make every piece as strong and long lasting as I can. Sometimes unfortunate things happen and pieces brake.

 

- If a jewelry piece breaks within 2 months of purchase because it's faulty, I will try my best to repair the piece for free. If the jewelry is deemed unrepairable, I will give a refund or replacement. One - of - a kind pieces will never be exactly the same.

 

- If a jewelry piece breaks because of a rough handling you can send me a picture of the damage and we can discuss if it's repairable. Customer is responsible for shipping and repair cost.

 

- If a jewelry piece is delivered damaged, please let me know as soon as possible at amariadesign20@gmail.com
